Knife Dellinger Essence Boning, Bones No.06
Get ready to revolutionize your kitchen with "Bones" - the sixth knife in the exclusive Dellinger Essence series ! This knife is not just a tool, it is the result of passion and precision, inspired by the personal vision of chef Honza Punches.
The "Bone" knife is a Japanese-style boning knife, known in Japan as a Honesuki (????). It is primarily used for separating meat from bones, for example when carving poultry. Its sharp point and triangular blade allow precise and efficient work around joints and bones. Unlike Western boning knives, which are often flexible, the 'bone' is rigid, which is characteristic of Japanese knives.
The hand-polished PAKKA WOOD handle is not only stylish, but also resistant to moisture and temperature changes. PAKKA WOOD is waterproof, odourless and extremely durable - unlike natural wood, it does not corrode or soften and requires virtually no maintenance.
Although it is dishwasher safe (with care, up to 55 °C and without contact with other objects), we recommend hand washing to maintain sharpness.
The Dellinger Essence knives are perfectly balanced and fit the hand of both right- and left-handed people. They are the epitome of elegance and functionality that anyone working in the kitchen will appreciate.
