Exchange and return of goods

Worried about shopping online? With us, you don't need to be.

If the goods do not suit you, as a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. We also offer the possibility of exchanging the goods for other items based on current availability.

For online withdrawal from the contract, returning an order, exchanging goods or submitting a complaint, you can use the form below.

Using the online form is not mandatory. You can also withdraw from the contract by any other unambiguous statement made to the seller, for example by e-mail or in writing.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of the request to the e-mail address provided in the form or in the order.

How to return goods without using the online form

1. Notify us by e-mail at info@svetzbrani.cz or by phone at +420 775 760 500.

2. Send the goods within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal to the address:

   Never send goods cash on delivery! Such shipments will not be accepted.

We refund money generally using the same method by which we received it, unless we agree with the buyer on a different method of refund and provided this does not incur additional costs for the buyer. To speed up the refund, you may provide your bank account number.

Important information about returning goods

• We recommend returning the goods in the original packaging with complete accessories, if possible.
• Original packaging is not a condition for withdrawal from the contract, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
• The buyer is only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functionality.
• If the goods are damaged, incomplete or worn beyond the scope of normal testing, the refunded amount may be proportionately reduced in accordance with § 1833 of the Czech Civil Code.
• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless we agree otherwise.
