Shipping and payment
We ship to 26 countries across the European Union. Items in stock usually arrive within 3 working days, and within 2 working days in Czechia and Slovakia. Deliveries to more distant countries can take longer. You will always see the final shipping cost in the cart before you confirm your order.
Shipping rates
Your parcel is carried by UPS or GLS to your address, or you can collect it at a GLS Parcelshop pickup point. Orders are paid in euros.

A parcel sent through Zásilkovna can weigh up to 15 kg. The longest side may measure 120 cm and the sum of all sides 150 cm. For bulky orders choose delivery to your address.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as we hand the parcel to the carrier, we send you an e-mail titled Shipment sent with the tracking number and a link to follow it. The same e-mail contains your invoice in PDF. If you left a phone number with your order, the carrier texts you on the delivery day.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are delivered by e-mail, not by post. Once your order is paid, the voucher arrives in your inbox and you can pass it on straight away. Choose e-mail delivery for them in the cart.
Collection in person
You can collect your order at Jablunkovská 719, Třinec, Czechia. Collection is free of charge. Please wait for the e-mail confirming that your order is ready.

Cash on delivery is available in Czechia and Slovakia only. Orders to other countries are paid in advance by card or bank transfer.
One thing to keep in mind about a standard bank transfer: we dispatch the goods once the money reaches our account, so delivery takes longer than with a card payment. If you are in a hurry, pay by card.

When you choose an online payment, you are redirected to the secure ComGate gateway, where you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Once the payment goes through, successfully or not, you return to the shop and see what happens next with your order.
Reservation deposit for pre-orders
Items marked as Pre-order – reserved after the deposit is paid can be reserved before they arrive in stock. Payment happens in two steps.
- In the cart, choose Reservation deposit 30 %.
- After you place the order, we e-mail you a proforma invoice to pay by bank transfer.
- The reservation is confirmed once the deposit reaches our account.
- You pay the balance before dispatch, as soon as the item is ready to ship.
For an item priced at 420 €, the deposit is 126 € and the balance 294 €. You see the exact amounts on the product page and in the cart, so there is nothing to calculate yourself.
Frequently asked questions
How fast will my order arrive?
Items in stock usually arrive within 3 working days across the European Union, and within 2 working days in Czechia and Slovakia. Deliveries to more distant countries can take longer. For pre-orders, the clock starts when the item arrives in our warehouse.
Can the delivery address differ from the billing address?
Yes. Tick Deliver to a different address in the order form and fill it in. You choose the delivery country at the start of the order and it cannot be changed later, so the delivery address has to be in that country. Your billing address may be in a different one.
When do I get free shipping?
From 350 € in most EU countries. Sweden has a threshold of 500 € and Cyprus has none.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is offered in Czechia and Slovakia.
Why don't I see every carrier for my country?
The choice of carriers differs by country. Once you enter your address in the cart, only the options that actually serve your country remain, each with its price.
