Compact dimensions, maximum effect. The new generation TP 50 Compact Gen2 comes with an improved ergonomic grip design and an upgraded CO2 cartridge piercing system. The TP 50 Compact is an effective tool for personal defense and property protection - with powerful .50 caliber rubber projectiles.
The use of the high caliber .50 (12.7 mm) in an extremely compact gun body is truly remarkable. This caliber provides sufficient effect for self-defense, while the size and weight of the projectile minimizes the risk of penetration or permanent damage.
The new generation of the Emergency Piercing System (Quick-Piercing System 2.0) - the CO2 system is enhanced with an innovative bumping cap that can be operated with just the fingers - no tools required. Simply insert the firing pin into the grip and only when needed, "activate" it with a palm strike to the base - the pistol is ready to fire in seconds without any long term strain on valves and seals. This gun uses an 8g CO2 cartridge.
The magazine located under the barrel holds 4 .50 caliber rounds. It uses a classic compression spring system and allows for a combination of different types of ammunition - from rubber to pepper spray. TP 50 Compact supports a wide range of T4E ammunition:
- Rubber Ball - classic rubber projectiles for training
- Steel Rubber Ball / RBI - with a metal core for increased impact
- PB - with peppercorn for effective self-defense
- MAB - marking ammunition with paint
- phosphor bullets - for night use
The design of the T4E TP 50 Compact Gen2 is rugged, lightweight and practical. The base consists of a metal alloy covered with a durable polymer, giving an excellent strength to weight ratio. The trigger mechanism is of the DAO (Double Action Only) type - just pull the trigger and the gun fires.
An integrated Glock-style reed safety protects against accidental discharge.
