The Hatsan 55S air rifle boasts a more advanced Vortex system compared to other models. The classic spring has been replaced with a pressurized piston, giving the air rifle more consistent performance, quieter operation and less recoil. The Hatsan 55S air rifle has been labeled as a hunting air rifle due to its beautifully crafted wooden stock, which also features engraved areas on the receiver and grip. Like other Hatsan models, it has a double-sided Monte Carlo-shaped stock. There are also modern Tru-Glo sights on the gun, and for the more discerning shooter, there is also an 11mm rail to mount any optics. Worth mentioning on the Hatsan 55S Vortex is the SAS system, which helps with recoil dampening.
