Garmin Xero® C1 Pro Ballistic Chronograph
THIS PRODUCT CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE CZECH REPUBLIC!
The most important input for any ballistic calculation is muzzle velocity. The Garmin Xero® C1 Pro measures it reliably, quickly, and in a design that fits in your jacket pocket—whether you’re shooting factory rounds, reloading your own ammunition, tuning a PCP air rifle, or preparing arrows.
The key difference from traditional chronographs with optical gates is that you don’t place the Xero® C1 Pro in the bullet’s path. You simply set it on a table next to you, turn it on, and shoot. No frames, no screens, no adjustments based on the sun—and, most importantly, no risk of shooting through the device. Setup takes just a few seconds and requires no calibration.
The measurement range is 100 to 5,000 fps (30–1,524 m/s) and covers the entire spectrum: rifles and pistols up to 5,000 fps (1,524 m/s), air rifles up to 2,000 fps (609 m/s), airsoft up to 1,000 fps (304 m/s), and bows and crossbows up to 600 fps (182 m/s). You can measure bullets, arrows, pellets, slugs, shotgun shells, BBs, and paintballs. For airgun enthusiasts, the lower limit is particularly important—it allows you to reliably measure even weaker spring-powered airguns or unregulated PCP models, where cheaper chronographs with detection struggle.
The device doesn’t just measure velocity. Right on the display , you can see muzzle energy, power factor, extreme spread (ES), standard deviation (SD), and the series average —in other words, exactly the numbers you use to tune the regulator, adjust the main spring preload, or reload ammunition. You can exclude a misfire from the statistics or delete it outright without having to restart the series.
The chronograph is not triggered by sound or the pressure wave from the muzzle, so it can easily record shots from firearms with a suppressor or muzzle brake —a situation that optical chronographs often cannot handle. And because the Xero® C1 Pro isn’t mounted on the firearm in any way, you won’t disrupt the sight-in or the barrel’s balance.
The ShotView™ mobile app is used for archiving and analysis. You can review your firing series in the app, add notes to individual shots (cold barrel, first shot, silencer used, weather), measure deviations, and back up your data. The device can store 50 sessions of up to 100 shots each before it needs to be synced with your phone.
The Xero® C1 Pro is built for field use. Its IPX7 rating withstands rain, its operating range of –10 to 55 °C covers even winter shooting, and the 55-mm transflective monochrome display remains readable in direct sunlight — exactly where standard displays fail. The backlighting for both the display and buttons makes it suitable for shooting in low light and indoors. Control is entirely via buttons, so it works even when wearing gloves. Weighing 105.6 g and measuring 77 × 60.5 × 34.4 mm, it fits in your pocket, and the built-in battery lasts for up to 2,000 shots or 6 hours of operation; it charges via USB-A to USB-C
