The submitted text requires minor grammatical and typo corrections (e.g., changing the name from “Statix” to “Stratix,” correcting the word “dlaňovouňovou” to “dlaňovou,” and making minor spelling adjustments) to ensure it is fully professional and readable.
The Umarex Stratix is a replica of the sporting version of the Colt pistol, designed as an air gun powered by a 12g CO2 cartridge and using 4.5 mm BB steel pellets.
The pistol’s construction combines metal and polymer—the slide, barrel, and other essential parts are made of metal, complemented by a polymer frame with a grip.
The standard 12g CO2 cartridge, which powers the UX Stratix air pistol, is inserted into its magazine. The magazine can be removed from the gun without any CO2 leakage. The tightening screw is conveniently hidden in the magazine base so as not to detract from the gun’s authentic appearance.
How the CO2 system works: The cartridge is inserted into the gun and mechanically secured onto a pin. When the trigger is pulled, the hammer strikes the valve striker, opening the valve. This allows gaseous CO2 to flow from the cartridge, propelling the projectile out of the barrel.
In addition to the cartridge, the metal magazine also holds 4.5 mm caliber steel BBs. The magazine holds 18 BBs. Due to the use of destructive steel BBs, the Stratix pistol has a smoothbore barrel. However, its length of 112 mm is sufficient to guide the BBs for recreational shooting, allowing for rapid repeated firing by pulling the trigger.
The trigger mechanism operates in Single Action mode—meaning it is responsible only for firing the shot. Before firing the first shot, the gun must be cocked by pulling the slide back, just like its live-fire counterpart. The blowback system takes care of recocking after each shot, which significantly adds to the realism.
The Umarex Stratix pistol is equipped with two safety mechanisms:
-
Manual safety: You’ll find it on both sides in front of the hammer in the form of a lever that moves up and down. Before activating it, you must cock the hammer (a feature carried over from the original).
-
Palm safety: A safety feature that unlocks the pistol only when you are firmly gripping the grip.
For precise aiming, the slide features TruGlo mechanical sights—a fixed front sight and a fully adjustable rear sight (both vertically and horizontally). Given all these features, the UX Stratix pistol is ideal for practicing handling and shooting.
In the accessories section, you will find a power source, ammunition, shooting accessories, and maintenance supplies for this air pistol.
Legislation and Classification: The classification of firearms under the Czech Act on Firearms and Ammunition No. 90/2024 Coll. replaces the old Category D designation with Category NO (not subject to registration). These firearms may be purchased by individuals 18 years of age or older without the need to hold a firearms license or register the firearm.
With a Category NO firearm, you may shoot not only at a shooting range but also in a designated safe area (e.g., on your own property). For firearms with a muzzle energy exceeding 50 J, it is mandatory to use the services of approved shooting ranges. When shipping goods to a country other than the Czech Republic, we recommend that customers verify the rules regarding the purchase and possession of firearms in that country.

Since its founding in 1972, Umarex has become synonymous with quality and innovation in the field of air and signal weapons. From the beginning, the brand has built a reputation for producing the highest quality gas and signal weapons on the market, giving it an entry into the world of firearms like no other.
This legacy of innovation continued when the company's founders, Wulf-Heinz Pflaumer and Franz Wonisch, had the vision to create perfect replicas of famous guns. The first such model, the RECK PK 800, faithfully replicated the legendary Walther PPK that shone in 18 Bond films. Today, Umarex has exclusive licensing rights to replicate pistols and revolvers from world-renowned brands including Walther, Colt, Browning, Reck, Smith & Wesson and BERETTA.
Umarex offers several types of airguns in its range. For lovers of the classics, there are lamare guns, dominated by models such as the Hammerli 750 combo. Then there are spring-loaded airguns with a bottom-loading action, where the Hammerli 900 Combo model reigns supreme. For those who prefer more modern technology, there are CO2 guns with the popular 850 M2 model and last but not least PCP guns.
A new addition to the Umarex portfolio is the new T4E airgun type - rubber projectile guns for training and self-defence.
And that's not all! Umarex is expanding its range beyond the weapons themselves. It offers optics in the form of rifle scopes and collimators, tactical gloves, handcuffs, cartridges, refills and many other accessories for weapons. Whatever your airgun needs, Umarex is the right choice, combining tradition with modern technology.
