The origins of this brand are registered in Ukraine, however all models are currently assembled and tested in the Czech Republic. 

On the Taipan Veteran Long there are technical features that limit the ability to load multiple rounds into the barrel at the same time. They are there to prevent the barrel from clogging. There is also a system set up to minimize deformation of the pellet when air is forced into the barrel.

Another essential feature is the barrel of the air rifle, which in the case of the Taipan Veteran Long is rifled with a length of 550 mm. German barrels made by Lothar Walther or Czech barrels made by CZUB are used for this weapon, which achieve the same quality of concentricity on the target. This is reflected in the 40m shot that is included in the package. There is an integrated silencer at the end of the barrel which ensures relatively quiet shooting.

A steel magazine (cartridge) with a capacity of 355cc is located under the barrel of the air rifle. It can be filled with a maximum pressure of 250 BAR, which is delivered stably thanks to the built-in pressure regulator. Its current status can be monitored using the WIKA manometer located in the front.

The cartridge is filled with air via the Quick Fill Valve using a hand pump or by overfilling from the hose. To fill from the bottle, a hose with its own pressure gauge and pressure release valve must be used so that the pressure can be released and the Quick Fill valve removed from the cartridge after filling. Due to the parameters of the cartridge, it is possible to make a lot of stable shots without recoil.

The capacity of the cartridge, which is reloaded by a side lever, is 10 diabolos. This lever-action mechanism allows you to quickly repeat the shot. When the lever is tilted, the magazine is rotated and the ammunition is transferred to the barrel. Starting the ammunition directly from the barrel ensures greater shooting accuracy. A single-shot reducer is also included.

The trigger mechanism of the Taipan Veteran air rifle can be adjusted from 0.5-1.5.

An accidental discharge safety is manual here. This safety can be activated by moving the lever backwards and deactivated by moving it forwards.

The Taipan Veteran air rifle is equipped with a 22mm RIS rail with a 20 MOA tilt to allow for mounting optics. 

The entire system of the Taipan air rifle is set in an Italian-made Coffee Laminate shortened Bullpup stock.
