Crosman ST1 Full-Auto Air Rifle

Crosman has introduced another in its line of air-operated CO2 submachine guns, inspired by the Kriss Vector carbine. This new model is called the ST1.

The weapon is made of alloy and has a smooth steel barrel to make it resistant to ammunition. This metal construction is then coated with a durable polymer that not only provides functionality but also creates an attractive futuristic look.

Crosman ST1 is a modular weapon that offers the ability to be easily customized to the user's needs thanks to the barrel extension. The standard barrel length is 155 mm, but can easily be extended to 394 mm. Although this barrel modification visually resembles a noise compensator, it actually serves only to functionally extend the barrel. Easy and quick barrel length adjustment can be made by inserting and rotating the extension at the muzzle. Crosman ST1 also allows for easy extension of the gun body by sliding the stock boot. There is also the option of removing the buttstock completely. With these options, the Crosman ST1 will easily handle the demands of a wide range of shooters.

Samopal Crosman ST1 uses two CO2 bombs weighing 12g as propellants, which are inserted into the magazine along with the ammunition. The BlowBack system enhances the authenticity of the weapon by moving the slide during firing.

The principle of operation of the CO2 system is as follows: A small bomb is inserted into the gun, which is impaled on the buttstock using a mechanical closure. When the trigger is pulled, the hammer hits the valve stem and the valve opens. This starts a flow of CO2 gas from the vial, which pushes the bullet out of the barrel.

There are several 22mm RIS rails on the submachine gun that allow for the attachment of tactical accessories such as optical sights, collimators, lasers, flashlights, or feet. Standard sights are missing, but a collimator is included to make up for this lack.

The most interesting feature of this CO2 weapon is the ability to shoot a burst of 4.5mm steel BBs. The magazine has a 300 BB reservoir, from which 25 BBs can be used for pull-pull firing. After firing these 25 rounds, you can quickly reload another 25 rounds.

On both sides above the grip, you will find a lever-style safety that serves to secure against accidental firing. This switch allows you to switch between three modes: locked, single shot and burst fire.
