Il punto rosso funge da mira tattica per un rapido puntamento del bersaglio. Il modello UMAREX RDS 6 si caratterizza per il tubo completamente chiuso e le ridotte dimensioni.
Il red dot ha un reticolo a forma di punto con possibilità di scelta tra colore rosso o verde. La regolazione dell'intensità di illuminazione del punto è posizionata sul lato con una scala da 1 a 5.
Il punto può essere regolato sia orizzontalmente sia verticalmente, tramite le torrette protette sul red dot.
Alimentazione del red dot tramite batteria CR2032.
UMAREX RDS 6 è dotato di attacco per slitta 22 mm.
Il red dot include anche i copriobiettivo.
