Dit handmatige airsoft pistool van Walther is een getrouwe replica van het moderne PPQ-model, dat in deze speciale KIT-editie opvalt door de loopverlenging in de vorm van een realistische imitatie van een moderator.
De werking is gebaseerd op het klassieke handmatige principe: door de grendel terug te trekken wordt de veer mechanisch samengedrukt, waarna bij het intrekken van de trekker de zuiger wordt samengedrukt en de gecreëerde luchtdruk het kogeltje uit de loop stuwt.
Het frame van het Walther PPQ Navy pistool is vervaardigd uit hoogwaardig ABS-polymeer, waardoor het aangenaam licht is. In combinatie met de doordachte ergonomie van de greep zorgt dit voor een zeer stevige en veilige grip.
In de greep bevindt zich het standaard magazijn met een capaciteit van 14 BB 6 mm kogeltjes, terwijl de verpakking ook een tweede hicap HiCap magazijn bevat met ruimte voor tot 104 kogeltjes. Vanwege de mondingsenergie tot 0,5 J wordt voor de beste resultaten schietmateriaal van 0,12 g tot 0,25 g aanbevolen; zwaardere BB's zijn minder geschikt voor dit model.
De eerdergenoemde moderatorimitatie verandert het totale uiterlijk en de afmetingen aanzienlijk: zonder moderator meet het pistool 200 mm, maar met gemonteerde moderator wordt de lengte verlengd tot 345 mm.
Dit model is primair bedoeld voor recreatief doelschieten als hobbysport.
