De kling heeft een lengte van 315 mm en is vervaardigd van 440C staal met een speciale titaniumafwerking. Het gebruikte staal is vrij duurzaam en tegelijkertijd eenvoudig te slijpen.
De kling is glad en volledig geslepen met een tanto-punt, waardoor deze sterk doet denken aan Japanse zwaarden. De tanto-punt staat bekend om zijn hogere duurzaamheid en doordringvermogen.
De volledig metalen constructie van de Mach Tac 5 machete is aangevuld met een G10-handwacht. De handgreep is vervaardigd van notenhout. Deze combinatie maakt de handgreep zowel mooi als functioneel.
In de verpakking van de Walther MachTac 5 is ook een beschermende nylon holster met riembeugel inbegrepen.
