La pistola Walther PPQ M2 T4E funciona con una bombona de CO2 de 12 g insertada en el cargador de la pistola, que también sirve como munición Rubber Ball y tiene una capacidad de 8 de estas bolas. Los cargadores para la pistola T4E PPQ M2 también se pueden pedir por separado.
El arma tiene un mecanismo de disparo Double Action Only.
