Pistola de gas elegantemente elaborada en acabado negro mate. A primera vista resulta evidente que se trata de un modelo rediseñado de la pistola de gas Walther P99, aunque respecto a esta versión se diferencia en la modernización del cargador y del seguro contra disparos accidentales. Otra novedad es la palanca de liberación del cargador, situada en la empuñadura del arma. A la calidad y fiabilidad contribuyen también el armazón interno de polímero y las precisas piezas metálicas, empleadas asimismo en armas de fuego reales. Gracias a esta construcción, la Walther PPQ M2 se puede clasificar por su peso entre las pistolas de gas más ligeras. Cabe destacar también el diseño de la forma de la empuñadura, que se adapta literalmente a cualquier mano. Una pistola de gas muy práctica de la marca Walther, adecuada para el uso diario.
