La P22Q mejorada incorpora una nueva corredera y una empuñadura más elaborada. Al igual que en la versión real, se ha aplicado un acabado mate especial que resulta muy realista y, a la vez, resistente. Siguiendo la versión real, el Walther P22Q cuenta además con una construcción especial basada en la combinación de metal y polímero endurecido, también empleada en armas reales. Entre las principales ventajas de esta arma destacan sin duda su peso muy reducido y su gran potencia de disparo. La superficie perfectamente estriada y la forma de la empuñadura garantizan que el arma se adapte perfectamente a la mano.
