Borner Mosin-Nagant Air Rifle
Introducing a highly authentic replica of the Soviet legend— the Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle in an airgun version. This model, which uses 12g CO2 cartridges and 4.5mm steel BBs, will impress you not only with its craftsmanship but also with its functionality. It makes an excellent collector’s item to display on your wall, but above all, it serves as a great firearm for recreational shooting.
The Borner Mosin-Nagant rifle’s construction features a high proportion of metal alloy, giving the firearm a solid, substantial feel and a weight of 2,790 grams. The metal frame is set into a polymer stock with a highly realistic wood-grain finish, which is capped with a metal buttplate.
The air rifle is powered by a standard cartridge, which, along with the ammunition, is concealed directly inside the metal magazine. Thanks to this design, nothing detracts from the gun’s authentic appearance. The magazine holds 16 steel BBs, which are ideal for destructive shooting.
The shooting experience is enhanced by a realistic 90° cocking mechanism with a lever. The trigger operates in Single Action mode, and you must cock the rifle before each shot, just like the real-world model.
Although the barrel is smoothbore due to the use of steel BBs, its 500 mm length reliably ensures accurate bullet trajectory.
Mechanical sights —consisting of a fixed open front sight with a post and a blade rear sight—help you aim accurately; the rear sight’s elevation can be easily adjusted using a slider.
You can manually secure the Borner Mosin Nagant air rifle by pulling back and rotating the firing pin to the safe position.
The overall impression of this exceptional replica is further enhanced by the included nylon sling and a fully functional folding bayonet, just like those found on real military rifles. With the bayonet folded, the rifle measures 1,029 mm, while when extended, its total length increases to an impressive 1,340 mm.
