Carabine à plomb à piston gaz avec désignation Turbo Nitrogen Technology. La carabine ne dispose pas de ressort standard. À la place, le piston intègre un vérin gaz qui rend l'énergie délivrée plus constante, ce qui se traduit très favorablement sur la cible.
Principe de la carabine à piston gaz : en basculant le canon, le vérin gaz est comprimé par le piston, qui est ensuite capturé par le mécanisme de détente. Après avoir pressé la détente, le piston est propulsé vers l'avant. Cela crée une pression qui pousse ensuite la munition hors du canon.
La sécurité contre les tirs accidentels se trouve devant la détente. Elle s'actionne en glissant vers l'arrière (verrouillée) et vers l'avant (déverrouillée). La sécurité est également automatique et se verrouille pendant l'armement de la carabine.
La visée de la cible est facilitée par les organes de visée réglables en site et en azimut, et par la hausse fixe. Pour une meilleure lisibilité, les organes de visée sont équipés d'éléments lumineux Tru-Glo.
L'ensemble du système est monté sur une crosse polymère noire avec un profil distinctif sur la poignée et le garde-main. L'ergonomie de la crosse convient aussi bien aux droitiers qu'aux gauchers.
