Le P22Q amélioré reçoit une nouvelle culasse et une poignée plus aboutie.
Comme sur la version sportive, une finition noir mat très réaliste et durable est appliquée. Le P22Q reprend la construction hybride métal / polymère renforcé propre aux armes réelles.
